SERVICES PROVIDED FOR TWELVE (12) MONTH AGREEMENT

• Assist with the School Safety Action Steps as required by TEA & TSSC 

• Assure that all State / Local requirements and guidelines are met

• Pre-Assessment of District (Base audit)

• To include campuses, auxiliary buildings, athletic facilities

• Report findings to District and/or school board

• Needs assessment

• Review, update, prepare and recommend changes for the district, campus and/or facility EOP’s

• Train Emergency Response team

• Assist in training School Behavioral Threat Assessment Teams

• (1) fall and (1) spring tabletop with teams

• Drive by (2) per semester

• Intruder Detection Audits

• Assist in Set-up and organization of a District Safety and Security Committee as required by Education Code

• Provide information of Legislative updates and make changes or adds as necessary

• Provide one (1) full staff develop day or two (2) half days

• Drill Preparation with Teams and staff as necessary

• Make law enforcement contacts as necessary

• Post assessment year-end

• Written assessment

• Maintain Safety/Security awareness throughout the school year.

• Available by phone, text, and email.  Response within one (1) hour.

 

OTHER OPTIONAL SERVICE

•  Cost for individual services is $50.00 an hour with a minimum expense of $400.00.

• Travel within 120 miles of Lubbock is included.  

• Full Safety Audit as required by the TSSC (additional cost)

  • Cost based on district size, number of campuses and other facilities.
